Solid Waste Haulers

All Solid Waste Haulers removing waste from the city limits of Blair, including haulers who only drop off and pick up dumpsters, are required to dispose of all waste in the Douglas County Landfill and obtain from the City Clerk's office a "Solid Waste Transporter's License" prior to collecting solid waste within the city limits of Blair.
